The RapidFlow Group consists of three divisions, flexible duct manufacturing, sheet metal manufacturing, and aluminium grill manufacture.

In addition to the above we stock most brands of ducted heating and cooling systems and ALL the accessories your installation may require. If your job requires you to step outside of the box, our sheet metal and grills divisions are more than happy to create your masterpiece.

The RapidFlow Group manufactures a number of flexible duct products. We always have the following products in stock:

Nude Wire Core, in sizes 150mm(6") to 600mm available in 3 and 6 meter lengths.
Metallised Sleeves R0.6, R1.0 and R1.5 (Silver Sleeve) on a roll. 6" and 8" are 450meters(75 6M Lengths) per roll, 10" and above are 300meters(50 6M Lengths) per roll.
R0.6 Silver Sleeve in sizes 150mm(6") to 600mm(24") in 3 and 6 meter lengths.
R1.0 Silver Sleeve in sizes 150mm(6") to 500mm(20") in 3 and 6 meter lengths.
R1.5 Silver Sleeve in sizes 150mm(6") to 500mm(20") only in 6 meter lengths.

Other products such as 4 Zero duct and 4 Zero Sleeve rolls are available but need to be order in advance, generally available in 5 - 10 working days.

We stock a large range of plastic, steel and aluminium diffusion products. Such items as Multi Direction Outlets, Ceiling Diffusers, Air Return Grills, Floor Grills. Most items come in a range of standard sizes, and accessories such as adapters and dampers. We also manufacture a complete range of double deflection grilles in all standard sizes and can custom make required sizes and of any powder coat finish.

Door grilles can also be made to size and a range of standard sizes are always in stock. These come in a natural anodised finish, but like most of our aluminium grilles range can be powder coated to any colour and finish.

The RapidFlow sheet metal division produces products such as Dropper Boxes, Roof Flashings, Transitions, Drip Trays, Starting Collars & Joiners, Manual & Motorised Dampers. The sheet metal division can also produce any combination of solid / metal duct and various sizes of metal BTO's.

Being a one-stop shop we supply a full range of accessories you may need to complete your heating or cooling solution. From our range of plumbing fittings to all accessories relating to split systems, we have it all.

We are able to supply a complete range of 3, 4 & 5 Star energy rated ducted heating systems from Brivis, Braemer, Bonaire / Vulcan and Omega along with the required heater and zoning accessories.

On the ducted cooling side, we carry a complete range of Bonaire evaporative air conditioners including refrigerated reverse and dual cycle units. We also stock Brivis add on cooling and their complete evaporative range, along with Braemer and Omega cooling systems.

If it’s a split system you require, we stock the following brands: Fujitsu, Daikin, Toshiba, Panasonic, LG, and Hitachi, both non Inverter and the energy efficient Inverter range.
